On October 14, 2016, Bill Noland and Rick Hovey made some progress toward the underdrain manhole access. Raising two manholes to grade employing a fabricator to cut a 24” hole in the existing steel plate, then using septic tank materials to raise the manhole to grade for easy access and maintenance.  The project turned out well and at a considerable savings to the Association using a collaborative and creative approach.
