In order to comply with Utah Code 57-8a-211 "Reserve Analysis -- Reserve Fund", the SSSFHOA engaged Complex Solutions, Ltd, a nationally accredited Reserve Study Firm, to conduct a reserve analysis to determine the need for a reserve fund as directed under the guidelines of 57-8a-211. The attached August 15, 2017 letter from Complex Solutions describes the process and results.
