|2019 Annual Meeting|
The Annual Meeting of the Silver Springs Single Family Homeowners Association will be on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 4595 Silver Springs Drive, Park City UT 84098.
At your annual meeting, you will elect three representatives to your board of trustees, review the HOA's annual budget, and hear reports from board officers and committees. The agenda and other meeting materials can be found by accessing the link here. The agenda is also posted here on the SSSFHOA website. Of course, it's also a great opportunity to reconnect with your neighbors.
The SSSFHOA annual meeting cannot take place without 95 owners participating - whether in person or represented by a proxy. If you are unable to attend in person, please designate a proxy to attend and vote for you by completing the very short proxy form posted here.
Voting for three trustees will take place by paper ballot at the annual meeting. The SSSFHOA Nominating Committee, made up of one board member and two non-board owners, received applications from six owners interested in being nominated by the committee for election by owners. After considering all six applicants, the committee recommended owners elect Chris Bachman, Mike Collette, and Tracy Tanner to your board.
The names and short bios for owners who were considered by the nominating committee can be found here. Nominations will also be taken from the floor at the annual meeting.
