Silver Springs Single Family HOA
  • The Silver Springs Single Family HOA is the largest of 12 HOAs that comprise the Silver Springs community. The Silver Springs Single Family HOA consists of 188 homes that are the primary residences for a majority of the occupants.
  • We are located in a peaceful neighborhood with private lakes, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, children's playgrounds, and a picnic pavilion. An extensive network of maintained biking, hiking, and cross country skiing trails are easily accessible from the community.
Park City and Surrounding Areas
  • Three world class ski resorts are respectively 5 minutes (Canyons), 10 minutes (Park City Mountain Resort), and 15 minutes (Deer Valley) from our neighborhood. The nordic complex of ski jumps, luge, and bobsled runs at Bear Hollow is 5 minutes away.
  • The Redstone commercial center is conveniently located a short walking or biking distance from our neighborhood along a maintained biking trail.
  • Parley's Park Elementary School is located within the Silver Springs neighborhood.
  • We are within walking distance to Willow Creek Park via the McLeod Creek Trail.
  • Willow Creek Park has three multi-use playing fields, tennis, basketball, volleyball courts, a picnic pavilion and restrooms. Two play areas: one for children 5 to 12, and another for 2-5 year-olds. A 1-acre irrigation pond is available as a dog pond in the summer and ice skating during winter months.
  • A free bus system runs 2 times per hour in each direction though the neighborhood with destinations throughout the Park City Area.

FREE WOOD CHIPPING SERVICE
The Park City Fire Service District accepts requests for free Wood Chipping through its Fuel Reduction Program.  This service is seasonal, so check their website for dates.  Click on the link below for more details.  If you want to cut down entire trees (versus trimming dead branches) be sure to submit your plans to our property manager for approval.  All landscaping improvements must be approved per our CC&Rs.  Thank you for your cooperation.
